You have a project name, keepers, a reference list, and a Loop-or-file candidate. Now prove it. Ask Copilot a question that would overshare or go generic in an unbounded Chat. If the room is a Notebook, the answer should stay inside your references. If the room is a Page, the answer should land on the canvas you will reopen.
Install it. Ask a question that would have failed in unbounded Chat.
If the with-room answer is not more specific or safer than a naked Chat, you stored files. You did not install a room. Same standard as Personal Brain Lesson 5.
Core principles
- One project. One primary surface. Chat remains the sitting, not the archive.
- Ask a question that would be dangerous or generic without the fence.
- If Notebooks are missing, attach the 3–7 files in Chat and say “use only these.” That is a temporary fence.
- Write a one-line card: “For [project], work lives in [surface], because [fence / canvas / portable block].”

Do this in Copilot
Pin the one-line card next to your Personal Brain pack. Delete the old Chat once the keepers have a home.
Run the same question twice: once in the room (or with only those files), once in a fresh Chat with Work IQ on if you have it.

Question I will ask in both places: [ONE QUESTION THIS PROJECT MUST GET RIGHT]. After I paste Output A (room or attached files only) and Output B (unbounded Chat), tell me which one stays inside the sources, which one might overshare, and which I should send. Do not flatten the difference. If they look the same, say the room is not installed yet.
