Tone, formats, pet peeves.

Say how you like length, structure, and voice. Say what makes you send something back. “No exclamation points. Tables over bullets when comparing options. Never call a customer ‘folks.’”

This file is about craft, not values posters. Concrete beats “be professional.”

Tone, length, and default formats (email, bullets, table, one-pager).
Pet peeves: phrases, hedging, or structure you always delete.
Review habits: what you will verify yourself vs what Copilot should flag.
Keep it under 300 words. Preferences drift — you will edit this more than About Me.
