Build the session your team actually needs.
Most training is designed for a room the facilitator has never met. This is the other way around. Tell us where your team stands, pull thirty-minute blocks from the workshops on Offerings — extend focus on one if you want more time — and we will come back with a run-of-show built on your answers. Takes about ten minutes.
Your team
The basics. Format drives everything downstream, so be honest about the room you can actually get.
Where your team stands
This is the part that changes the design. A skeptical room and a curious room need different first twenty minutes, even on identical content.
Build the shape
This is the same catalog as Offerings. Electives are thirty-minute blocks; the two prerequisites are one hour each. Drag what you want into the agenda, or use the plus. Need more time on one topic? Extend focus in thirty-minute increments. First-time teams must include both prerequisites. Nothing here is final.

Ask your team
Before you send this to us, send this link to the people who will be in the room. It takes them about four minutes: a few questions about where they stand, and five votes to spend on the blocks they most want. What comes back tends to be more useful than anything a leader can tell us alone.
